TERMS & CONDITIONS

Accurancy of Content and Subtitution

Dandini Flowers take every care in the preparation of our website but due to market conditions and poor quality of product it may be necessary to substitute flowers/gifts shown in any pictures. We will however endeavour to ensure that the general colour scheme of the product and flower/gift value requested do not change. All prices include VAT at the current rate. Packaging may vary from that shown.

Alcohol

Alcohol must be ordered and delivered to persons over the age of 18 years old. It is a criminal offence to purchase or attempt to purchase alcohol for by or for a those under 18 years old at the time of delivery.

Refunds and Complaints

We only sell fresh, quality flowers and products. However, should you have cause for complaint please contact us linda@dandiniflowers.co.uk or on 01932 845031 in order that we may resolve the matter to our mutual satisfaction.

Delivery Charges

Delivery Charges are set out in the shipping area of the checkout page. If you do see the delivery area listed please contact by email linda@dandiniflowers.co.uk or phone us on 01932-845031 to enquire of delivery price.

Deliveries

Please provide as much detail as possible on delivery address (including contact telephone numbers). Order received, by us, by 2:30pm can be delivered same day if requested.

Availablity

All items are subject to availablity. We shall inform you as soon as posible if the goods you have ordered are unavailable or will substitue with a product of equal value if you are unavailable to contact.

Cancellation

You have the legal right to cancel your order at any time prior to the delivery of the product from Dandini Flowers.

Damage to your Computer

Dandini make every effort to ensure that our website is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any websites accessible through it won't cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that the right equipment is available to use the website and screen out anything that may cause damage to your computer equipment as a result of using this website.

Ordering Errors

Please contact us as soon as possible if you have ordered anything in error and we will do our best to rectify the problem.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time and you should look through them as often as possible.
